From time to time we undertake various projects in line with our mission. Our present portfolio of projects fall into distinct thematic areas which are described in detail below.

Strengthening the independence, legitimacy and effectiveness of GPA institutions such as Joint Monitoring and Implementation Committee (JOMIC), and providing support to the associated political dialogue processes

Zimbabwe Institute provides support to inter-party dialogue through the Political Parties' Dialogue Program.
Zimbabwe Institute supports and helps to develop the capacity of other civic society organisations through the CSO Strengthening Program.
Through the Advocacy and Constitutional Alignment Program, Zimbabwe Institute works with various other stakeholders to align legislation to the Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment Act 20 of 2013.
Zimbabwe Institute provides support to the Parliament of Zimbabwe through support for programs for staff and Members of the Parliament of Zimbabwe.
Through the Multi-stakeholder dialogue platform, Zimbabwe Institute creates opportunities for various stakeholder groups to influence policy formulation and amendment, and high-level engagement with policy makers.
